Yeal, u are correct.. wash big circles around ur eyes.. and then use q-tips or ur finger in a wah cloth...
try not to sweat, or be near a hot tub, or hot stove,, steamy water with unstick the glue.. as in the shower..

sleep pretty and use q-tips to clean the make up from around the eyes keep away from lots of steam
