Whenever i attempt to stick on fake eyelashes they don't really work and they look a bit fake
I was wondering if eyelash extensions are any good? They are a bit expensive so I was wondering if anyone has had them and if they are any good!?Are eyelash extensions good?
Exstensions are pricey....
but...
TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
They make your eyes look so much bigger and you dont even have to bother with mascara !! Around $120 :D
I have them and i absoulutely love them !!
you should go for it !!
ps. I love the look of fake eyelashes too, that ';Fake'; look is nice in my opinion. Are eyelash extensions good?
In my opinion,
I don't like them, partly because I am for the ';all natural'; look.
I've never worn them, but I have seen people that do.
On the first season of I Love New York, or Flavor Of Love, [sorry i can't remember]
she was riding in a speed boat with a guy, and her eyelashes were flopping around everywhere, and coming off....it was freaking funny!
I've used to temporary lashes that last for a few days and I liked it. I've known girls who went to my makeup academy that had eyelash extensions. When they got the extensions removed, most of their lashes came of with the false ones so they ended up having to pay for them again.
yea there pricey but its worth it. they look totally natural

Looking for cheap Salon that does Eyelash Extensions in Los Angeles?
I live in the San Gabriel area and I am looking for a place that can do good eyelash extensions anywhere from $15-50. Please let me know if you know anywhere good. Should last a couple months. How much are touchups? I tried calling yellow pages but many say they do not do them. If you have had them done at a good place, you can email me asiancreation21@aol.comLooking for cheap Salon that does Eyelash Extensions in Los Angeles?
You would be surprised to know that the school of beauty in your area has a few people that go to school for that %26amp; are really reasonable.
Only $10- to $15 plus a tip and a teacher is watching to make sure it is done correctly. I've lost quite a few lashes after some stressful life's adventures... they last about 1-2 mo.'s ...
that is, if you don't use an abrasive eye make-up cleanser.
Good Luck ~

Removing eyelash extensions
Yesterday I got a set of eyelash extensions, they are to last me a week but I don't like them. They're way too glam for everyday use, does anyone know how I might safely remove them?Removing eyelash extensions
If they only last a week, why not have some fun and glam it up till then!
But the first answer is right, use a little bit of vaseline to rub the base of your lases gently, stop if it irritates or burns your eye etc, and hopefully they should wriggle out.
dont pull them.Removing eyelash extensions
WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS GET SOMTHING WITH AN OIL BASE LIKE BABY OIL,OR VASELINE...! I USE BABY OIL...JUST PUT SOME ON YOUR FINGER TIPS AND MASSAGE YOUR EYELASHES..YOU WANT TO SATURATE IT PRETTY GOOD..DEPENDING ON WHAT THEY USED TO PUT THEM ON!
BUT JUST KEEP RUBBING,,MASSAGING YOUR EYE LIDS GENTLY..AN THEY SHOULD COME OFF PRETTY WELL!!..
TRY NOT TO PULL BECAUSE YOU COULD LOSE EYELASHES...
IF THEY GOT PUT ON WITH GLUE..THEN YOU WILL LOSE SOME EYELASHES..
MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO GET A SHORTER LENGTH.OF LASHES..SO THAT YOU CAN WEAR THEM EVERDAY,,AND THEY DO GIVE YOU THAT GLAM EFFECT!..I LOVE THEM I HAD SOME PUT ON FOR A FRIENDS PARTY AND I WORE THEM FOR ANOTHER WEEK AFTER!!!
BUT THE ONLY THING I HATED WAS THAT WHEN I TOOK THEM OFF I TOOK OFF 45% OF MY EYELASHES AS WELL..LOL!!

Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?
As I get older, it seems my eyelashes are getting thinner. And shorter. I drove past a salon that advertised eyelash extensions, and it piqued my curiosity. I saw on abcnews.com that lots of celebs get them done (of course) but what about everyday people? I've never been very good at putting on false lashes myself. Have you guys tried them, and what do you think? Are they worth the price? Do they look good, or do they look like a 50's Barbie?Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?
yeah, but my natural one's were wayyy better.Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?
If you are attending a very special occasion then I would recommend getting them done professionally. They are very costly, and with a little practice you can have the same look.
You can purchase the Ardell Individual lashes and get the same look. You can find then at your local drug store and they come in various lengths. I prefer the Medium length. You will have to purchase the glue separately. It comes in clear or dark. I prefer the dark because it blends well with your lash line, use the clear if you have light lashes.
You will need a tweezer and the application is easy with a little practice. Remove the individual hair (three hairs are in one strand) dip it into the glue and place it in the middle of your lash line. Next step is to work your way to the outer edge and then from the center to the inner edge. You can go back and place more hairs if you would like a denser look. They should last about 2 weeks and then you will see some start to fall out. You can also apply mascara but, be careful when taking it off because you will loose a few hairs. You really don't need mascara.
I personally have worn them for years and feel naked when I take them off. They really do enhance your eyes beautifully. I always get compliments on them and people can't even tell they are fake.
So save your money and try it yourself...just be patient!!!
Good Lashing Luck!!!!
There are many different kinds of extensions, but the kind I tried were very nice natural looking ones that were each separately glued onto each of my existing lashes. They added volume and length without looking ridiculous, :).
However, they were a little expensive and I had to go back every three weeks to get them filled in, because our natural lashes fall out more than we realize, so I got the new lashes done as well.
Then I tried LiLash, which is a eyelash growth formula. I patiently used it for 5 weeks, and then my lashes started to grow on their own very very much!! This is about 140 buck a tube, but I swear this stuff seeps into my eyelash roots, cause after I stopped using it for a while, my lashes stilll grew! I'm using it again, and its very simple, just apply it like eyeliner at the base of your lashes twice a day!
Hope this helps! :)

Eyelash extensions or eyelash tinting?
Ok, I'm thinking about getting one of these done....the thing is, if I don't end up having the money to get extensions, is eyelash tinting a good alternative? I'd say I have pretty long lashes, but they're light brown, so would dying them black make a big difference?Eyelash extensions or eyelash tinting?
eyelash extensions hurt i had them before bad expirence.
eyelash tinting lasts about 3-6 weeks, safety warnings are make sure you are not allergic to the tinting kit.
i already have dark eye lashes and it look nice lol :)Eyelash extensions or eyelash tinting?
i'de say save the money and get a really black mascara. get a really good one that makes your lashes super volumized and long and dark. it saves so much money. i would suggest any of the mascaras at The Body Shop. (im not sure if thats only Canadian or if its American too) or, get that one i think its called voluminous the commercial has eva longoria in it. my friend has its really good!
well good luck!
eyelash tinting! i've never had eyelash tinting but i'm guessing its like having mascara forever? i did try eyelash extensions and my real eyelashes didn't make it through the extensions. :( the real ones fell off along with the fake ones.
eyelash tinting is illegal in a lot of places now because the dye can really mess up your eyes
