Eyelashes extension !!!?

Hello,

do anyone have experience with permanent hair lashes extension ? I heard there is a way to put ones for few month ?

is it good ? anyone heard about it ? does it damage the eyes ?

Thanks a lot!!Eyelashes extension !!!?
eyelashes extension are semi-permanent synthetic lashes can last up to two months. Normally a person's natural eyelash falls out every 60 - 90 days and a new lash grows in. Because of this occurring it is necessary to get touch-ups to fill in the fallen lashes every 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes longer - the time will vary depending on the individuals lashes. The lashes are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They provide length and thickness to your own lashes. They are applied to individual eyelashes, one lash at a time, for a elegant, natural and luscious look. There is no need for mascara or an eyelash curler. Thicker, longer beautiful eyelashes that are safe in the shower, while swimming, sleeping or exercising.

They will make you look gorgeous!!! Good Luck!!Eyelashes extension !!!?
I just saw this the other night on the news or Entertainment Tonight. Even to have it done professionally, it still takes a couple of hours to apply them They did look good, but they did not last months, only a couple of weeks. They said it was something you could learn to do yourself, but initially it would take hours to apply them. They also recommended you use eye liner as well. No, I don't think they would damage your eyes unless you poked yourself in the eye. I hope this helps.
Nope. Never heard of it. I'd like to find out more though. This sounds a lot less painful than the eyelash transplant surgery they showed on CNN. This entails shaving hair from your neck %26amp; sewing it into your lash line. Youch!
yeah i heard about it as a matter of fact i get mine done now .they pllace the individual lash under your own lashe's it invisable to others but i would try the short ones first .and there nice with mascara .and supriseingly there not uncomfortable and they last for 2 week's just dont rub your eyes real hard and u should be ok and becarefull when washing your face.

im the queen of false lashes haha

    LOVE them!

ok...id recommend a quite good brand like eyelure..sold at boots.asda.tesco.super drug.claires accessories etc

test the lash out to see how it fits your eye,if a little large which most are trim it a tiny bit on the edges with nail scissors. :)

people say use tweezers to apply but i think using a cotton swab is much easier!

apply a fair amount, over the edge not to much not to little. place on your eye and gently hold the lash and then secure down by tapping it with cotton swab! :)

you can also use cotton swab to push it closer to your eyelash line for a more natural look!

then if needed add a small amount of glue to the corners just so you know its stuck good!

    then add eyeliner...and mascara! voila!

i wear them every weekend and they ahve never ever fallen off!! xxx

well, here in Russia now we have a technology from USA and it's called 3d lashes, u may just enter their site www.3d-beaty.com, and get all the info about the procedure, and as far as i remember there is a list of spas that offer it. As for me, it's my job here. And as a professional i may say that this brand's clue in particular is very safe, and it doesn't bring any damage to ur lashes/ The result depends on the professional level of a person that makes it, and the way u will wear these lashes, treat them. Ussually for 3 weeks, if not to treat them right.

I want to get eyelash extensions. I was wondering if someone could tell me how long they generally last for, and can you still wash ur face with cleansers or do you have to avoid those kind of products?Eyelash Extensions?
i think that you usually have to get them touched up every two weeks, but i'm not positive.

as for you cleansers and all that, you can still use them, just don't rub your eye area really hard.Eyelash Extensions?
When properly applied, eyelash extensions last from six to eight weeks.you can wash your face.

Because the eye area is one of the most sensitive parts of the body, and these contain formaldehyde, it is better to avoid them.
I suggest you don't get these. I had them done and it really messed with my eyelashes. They became much weaker and it took them a while to repair themselves. They're really not worth the money. Spend the money on a mascara that specialises in lengthening the lashes, or invest in a great pair of falsies!
It depends on how well you take care of them. Some people have a habit of rubbing their eyes and forget they have them on.

You can still wash your face normally, just don't rub your lashes.
You can use the cleansers. By the 3rd week, you'll have to go for the maintenance. If you live in a warm country, it will become uncomfortable. None of my friends who did it, continue after one or two months.
dont wasting ur money on that....i did it and they lasted a while ( like almost 3 weeks) just get ur self the glued on eyelashes at a drugstore....their really easy to use....and wayyyyyy less the cost...and plus their reusable big plus....hope that helps =)

    EYELASH EXTENSIONS???

Will they at least last a month???

    Thank youEYELASH EXTENSIONS???
I dont know about eyelash extensions but if you want longer eyelashes try a product called MD Lash Factor. You put it on your lashes at night and in a few weeks your lashes start to grow. Its kinda expensive but it works great. Good Luck!

how much do eyelash extensions hurt, compared to other pain? how much do they normally cost (canadian dollars?) where can you get them? how long do they last? how is it done? and any other info you may know thanks;)Eyelash extensions?
It's not expensive. It lasts a few mths. I wanted to have eyelash extensions, however i heard from my friends that it will damage our eyelashes so i did not do it in the end. Not sure how they do it. Eyelash perm is safer so i only did this.Eyelash extensions?
I found that normal mascara makes my lashes longer and more full even after removal, but if you want eyelash extensions, I found an article about them:

I'm sorry I'm not much help, but I wouldn't reccomend those. My friend got them and if you sleep in the wrong position they can bend and then they get crimped permanently. And they kill. Badly. Like someone else said, get the fake ones which you can buy at any drugstore or make-up store.
just get some cute false ones at sephora. ive heard eyelash extensions really hurt!
i dont know of anyplaces in those areas but i kno of a coupple in the states so if you go on hollidays..

    Eyelash Extensions?

Have you tried them? If so how did you like them? How long did they last? Would you get them again? Are they worth the money?Eyelash Extensions?
i have them and they are great! i absolutly LOVE them they lasted me about 4 months before i have to go back in and get them redone which is a really long time! and i would definatly get them again and they are so worth the money! they are about 2-3 dollars a lash but its definaltly worth it!Eyelash Extensions?
I did it once. They look nice and my lasted for about 2 weeks. However, I find the price a little too steep. Don't think I need another one because people keep asking why suddently my lashes are so long, blah, blah. I'm tired of repeating the same answer over and over again.
You can have them done permanently now by a plastic surgeon.

OMG They are seriously the best thing known to mankind!! You wake up every day looking great and they don't look all fake and crazy like the false lashes get sometimes.

The first day you get them done it takes a lil bit to get used them but after that your stoked cuz you wake up looking goregeous! You just have to be very careful about not sleeping on your hands and wrecking them. They are really cool but shop around. I called like 6 places and never got the same price twice I got one place asking 450.00 and then found one that did it for 120.00. So do your homework and find a girl who gives discounts on the refill maintence stuff. One other thing... It seems stylists tend to go on the more natural subtle lengths and styles if you want them long and sexy you have to really specify that. Good Luck I think you will love your lashes. I get so many compliments on mine.Eyelash extensions?
    you should get them,

do you just mean the temp ones? cause they just glue on. the good ones can last about 4 days if your gentle with them. i think they look great. they really enhance your eyes.
If you would like to have the simple method....the mascarra is very effective, it made lashes long and gave it lots of voloume. I guess it is one of the best solution for using mascarra's if you have short lashes and you want to dramatise them. (L'Oreal's Volume Shocking Mascara or L'Oreals - Double Extension mascara)

What will I use in removing eyelashes extension? Oil or water?

    I am a Makeup Artist.

Removing fake eyelashes is not as challenging as it may seem. You're probably afraid of pulling out your natural lashes along with the false ones because of the glue. No worries!

    Things You'll Need:

    Cotton swab

Eye makeup remover( oil )or cold cream

    Wall mirror

    Facial tissue

    Tweezers

    Cotton pad

    Step 1

Dip a cotton swab in a generous amount of eye makeup remover or cold cream, whichever is currently available to you.

    Step 2

Half close the eye you want to work on while looking straight into a wall mirror. Gently slather the eye makeup remover onto your lash line, where your fake eyelashes are attached. Let sit for a full minute so the product weakens the lash glue.

    Step 3

Wipe the excess eye makeup remover off with a facial tissue so you can prevent the product from getting into your eye as much as possible before you open it. Gingerly take the outer corner of your full strip lash inwards. It should budge now with little to no resistance. For individual lashes, use a pair of tweezers to gently take them out. Be careful to concentrate only on the tip so you don't pull your natural lashes out.

    Step 4

    Repeat on other eye.

    Step 5

Remove the rest of your eye makeup with cotton pads that have been absorbed with eye makeup remover before washing your face. This should thoroughly get rid of the remnants of your fake lash adhesive.

    Tips

Never sleep in fake eyelashes, as that can make them harder to remove.

Don't throw away the fake eyelash packaging, because they can be stored again for later use.

Do not tug or pull hard on the fake eyelashes when trying to remove them, as this will remove your natural lashes as well.

Today, me and my friend, Mia, we got our eyelashes extended and the lady that did it was professional, but while she was doing mine, Mia made me giggle alot and move alot. A few of the extensions have fallen out and I have a feeling that if I very, very softly pull at them that they would fall out.

Is this normal? Are they supposed to be stuck in?

%26amp;%26amp; also, Mia's eyelash extensons are much more obvious, thicker and nicer. Everybody noticed hers, but not mine unless they really looked :( :(

I dont have many eyelashes, is there anything that can make them look thick or anything??? Im so jealous and upset I cried.Eyelash extensions?
Do you know LiLash ? It's quite expensive but from what I've heard it's worth it and lasts a long time. You'll get thick and long eyelashes.Eyelash extensions?
if your not happy go back to where you had them done, if they havent done them to your liking your entitled to say so, you paid her to do it so why should you have to put up with something you dont like
you could go back to the shop and complain

    or

    mascara
go back to the place, tell them they fell out and ask for them to do it again for free or at a discount
Maybe crying made them fall out?

Just go back and ask if they can do anything about it.

    Don't cry!!! They're only eyelashes.
next time dont move about lol or go alone! that way ur m8 wont make u laugh!
    aww dont be sad...

you can always go back to the lady and say that your friends were done much better than yours and that you would like to redo yours. also that yours have all fallen out. if she refuses, tell her that she did a bad job. you paid for it so you should be able to get it done properly.

or just use lots of mascara

Collagen lips, silicone breasts, hair extensions, false nails, fake tan, false eyelashes. Have women made?

owning a rubber doll less tacky?Collagen lips, silicone breasts, hair extensions, false nails, fake tan, false eyelashes. Have women made?
Fake pasties have been around for a long time, and that's boobies.

Collagen lips, I hear, hurt like hell to be injected and last only 6 or so months. Worst part is you may just look like you have a fat lip.

Silicone breasts, I think bankrupted the company that put them out originally. Saline bags are the choice, last time I looked. Granted, the market for fake boobies may have changed since then.

Hair extensions, we guys can pretty well tell where the real hair ends and the wool begins. Not attractive unless you've done chemo and are bald. Even less attractive if during the heat of the moment the hair piece falls off the woman. Worse still, if a hair piece falls off the man onto the woman. But that's life and another story and another subject.

False nails. From a man's point of view, I think they're very elegant but require a great deal of up keep that not every woman is willing to do. Nothing's worse than seeing a woman with nail extensions that have grown way out and are in a sad state of repair. The only thing worse would be the above with dirt under the nails; it happens.

If you aren't willing to keep up with the nails, do a simple manicure, paint job and hand lotion. Men like that more than possible demonic claws that could sever their neither regions at any given moment. Black widow spiders come to mind.

Fake tan. Unless they've really, really improved upon it. You're just going to look like you're dirty after a few weeks if you don't keep it up. That's a turn off looking at spotty skin, and in the man's mind, the question may be is this an unknown STD?

False eyelashes I thought went out with drive in movies, cokes on tap at a drug store and crinoline dresses. Not that I remember these things, just looked them up.

False eyelashes up close, are very obvious. If you've ever seen Doris Day in several of her movies, they are prone to get stuck or that's part of the movie plot. However, most women aren't Doris Day.

If you're attending a gala and on TV, you might get away with it. However, false eyelashes are bigger and require every other make up element to be bigger as well or it doesn't blend in. So, unless you're doing a silent movie, attending a gala in which you'll be photographed from a distance or a drag queen, I'd say, go for a more detailed but less ';blocky'; element that false eye-lashes create.

Lips are an other matter, if you look at silent films from the 20s and compare them to some of the ways stars, starlets and want-to-bees are painting their lips today, there's little difference, except the 20s models look more attractive.

This is a subjective comment, but if a woman wants to appear attractive to a man she should do the following. Hair styled, that may be in any number of ways that suits the woman. Simple grey should be washed out.

The woman should get good rest, eat right, keep her weight and dress accordingly. Dresses or dress pant suits Hot pants only on the beach unless you're trying to sell something.

The voice needs to have a lilt in it. It needs to be sweet, seductive and sensual. A smile needs to be broadcast in the voice. That's just something you'll have to figure out.

Dress accordingly. An elegant woman dresses elegantly. A refined woman dresses elegantly and refined. A W@@@@ dresses like a meat market displaying the goods for sale.Collagen lips, silicone breasts, hair extensions, false nails, fake tan, false eyelashes. Have women made?
I think women who have all that work done are just really insecure, and unfortunately it's probably because of men, however they should get over it. My husband always used to say he couldn't believe Pamela Anderson was so popular, and wanted to know how she kept from melting in the sun. My favorite T-shirt is: ALL NATURAL, BABY!! I am who I am and even though I've got all kinds of room for improvement....I'm okay with who I am and fake just isn't for me. It's great to know that there are guys out there who still want the real thing, good for you!!
i'm proud to say i'm not involved with any of those.

and i don't care all that much that guys don't find me attractive.
Good to know that some men still like their women Au natural, I do not know how they can be bothered, just going to the hair dresser irritates me. Anybody that is too high maintenance male or female I regard as self obsessed and boring, much more to life than how you look. It is liberating to be happy to be yourself no matter how you luck, what is inside is what counts.
i am VERY glad to say i don't have any rubber bits,i never would have anything done im a very natural girl and i am looking forward to growing old gracfully 'grey hair' as well, but then again i do eat all the right things and i keep fit ;-)
Well I have to say you make a good argument for owning a rubber doll!! So what is her name?? Candy, perhaps??
    I'm all woman babes!!! xxx
lol i only have one aid a whole body lift more commonly known as a wheelchair
oh come off it!! - many men love big boobs!! - you sound like you are angry with women...are you a 'nobby - no - mates'??)!

p.s. come on ...tell us about those rubber dolls!!
No but wearing one seems to be acceptable.
OK Tinaw200 I can understand your reactions to this one, but despite men being responsible for inventing most of this stuff it's the girls that go for it. Why do you do it for goodness sake, to impress us men or because you feel it's important to follow the dictats of some stupid fashion magazine. On teh one hand we have girls starving to reach size zero and look like something out of a prison camp, and on the other having plastic boobs etcetera. I have been married 46 years last Tuesday. My wife has arthiritis in her knee which is not exactly attractive, hairs gone a bit grey too. In fact she does not look much like the girl on my wedding photos. Mind you I don't look quite as tasty as I used too either. Funny though despite our looks we are still in love, if you really need to change to pull a fella you haven't found the right fella yet. Be happy with yourself as you were made, stop trying to become something you were never meant to be. Leave the rubber dolls to the perverts and be natural. Beauty comes from the inside out not from the outside in. Sorry about the rant but it does my head in.
While I have none of those I can see why men would be put off by all of those fake additions.
lol i agree why do they do it , im all natural and i dont hear guys complain , then again the men in hollywood are also going rubber now too and it looks wak if you ask me .
i'm a woman, and agree with you,so many women go for implants etc why? i'm a size 10(as a man i guess you dont know what that means) but i'm slim, i'll eat what i want, when i want,i work the calories off by running around cleaning up after the kids, yes,my body could be firmer, but i'm happy as i am,i dont need make up that i need a hammer and chisel to remove, false nails that i cant pick up anything(or wipe myself, sorry for that but how do they do it?) fake tan that i look like i've been tangoed.to be honest a rubber doll is more attractive than these women who spend a fortune on themselves,
Firstly, women have these treatments on the 'outside' to make them feel good on the 'inside'. Although they are changing their external appearance, it's only because they want to feel more confident and able to face this harsh world with their heads held high.

I can also attest that as far as cosmetic surgery is concerned, when it's carried out properly, it can look very natural. I've worked in a PS clinic and also had lip fillers and I've never been accused of having boxer's lips and I don't believe a subtle enhancement here and there makes me 'tacky' or 'fake'.

What about those who spend their money on expensive holidays, luxury homes and fast cars...is that not as superficial? And it is not as though women beautifying themselves is anything new.

At the end of the day, if it makes women feel better and raises their self esteem, what is the problem?

    Thank you : )
i agree with you on one hand but disagree on another.people like jackie Stallone make rubber dolls look more attractive but women like my best make who's had implants look better.she had them done coz her self esteem was low coz of it after she had them done the change emotional is astonishing.they dont look fake are not over sized and make her happy so i dont see a problem.but women who go get massive ones like Jordan Lola etc is wrong they look nasty.
I do apply fake tan in the summer though as I the sun is damaging and I dont want to look like an old leather handbag when I am old, I already have long hair, I do sometimes put fakes nails on if I am going out, but I thought you blokes loved all that dyed blonde hair, big boobs thing.
I totally agree that owning a rubber doll would be less tacky. Once women start having these things done to them they are no longer natural and themselves. After time you just become fake and look like everyone else who has the same things done. What is wrong with being natural and enhancing the features you have with make up etc?

I think it's refreshing to see a woman who is natural and does not look like every other woman who has bleached hair, with a nose job etc!
Have WOMEN made? Have WOMEN made? You need to go check on WHO invented those things. Also, men expect us to look perfect and when we don't win the DNA lottery, you talk about us being hags and homely and dumpy.
i totally agree tht ppl (NOT JUST WOMEN) are getting really fake, but isnt tht what society says is ';gorgeous';? i mean like if you dont have boobs ppl make fun of you and say ur flat.. if ur pale as light, youre called out and everything else is just pressured onto you. i personally dont do anything of those things, except nail cuz i just like the look of them, but i guess ppl want to be a barbie??
    eeew eeew eeeew!!

they make me feel sick realy

It doesn't make them look good

It just makes them look [as you said] like a doll

    I would never do it

becuase it puts men off anyway

    have you seen these weman

    or single

so no wander you think that way
well hold up right there - i have hair extensions and i have had a boob job done but i got the natural looking one's so no they dont look lyk footballs - and guess what my boyfriend loves them and no i dont look fake ok

what is so wrong with improving on what u have if it makes you feel betta ???? nothing !!!

what does it have to do with u anyway ??

you go get ya self a rubber doll if it makes you feel beta lol
Indeed Altered Ego - just wish more men thought like you do, then perhaps women would not feel under such pressure to live up to many men's expectations. Tell me, what physical attributes do you find attractive in a woman?
I read many women answered to this question saying that it is because men want us to look perfect or that they wouldn't look at us and talking behind our backs. Well, let me tell you and those that say this that it is WOMEN who judge other women and it is WOMEN who point out every little fault on another woman. Men only laugh at women when they are ridiculously obese or when they have a face like the back of the bus. Men are actually quite happy with a bit of flesh, a lot of men are happy with smaller boobs and I've never heard a MAN complaining about my pale white skin. Women, however, have laughed at my pale skin and teased me about it many times in my life. It is WOMEN who come up to me and say 'Oi, you need to take an inch off your hair because you've got split ends'. Women have looked down on me because I didn't wear the latest fashion, and men have always complemented me on how good I look whatever I wear. So I don't believe women do these fake things because of pressure from men but because of pressure from other women. I really applaud you for bringing up this subject and if it was possible to give an Asker 10 points for the quality of the question then I would give you just that now.
The funny thing is women do it for MEN..and then the same men have a go at them for trying to make themselves more appealing. All it proves is some men are so shallow ...you couldn't drown in one if you tried.

For years men, and the media have held up ';ideals'; and then they ridicule women when they try to fit the ';ideal';.

Although..to do all that to attract a man..probably indicates the same IQ as a rubber doll...so perhaps...asker you are right...owning a rubber doll may be less tacky..and all they are likely to do is pop...not have various bits fall off.....and don't even go to where hair extensions come from...no self respecting woman would have them..if they knew the origin of most hair extensions.
I don't really see the difference between a woman who has had all that work done and a rubber doll. And frankly, that is just wrong and disgusting. Women were born without all that fake stuff, and should stay that way, because they are more beautiful the way they are.
The lure of the lie - so men need to campaign against this, and stay faithful, and maybe women wouldn't do it!!
thats so funny! lol its pretty true as well, ive got the boobs and the nails! x
OK, that's really freakin' funny. And disturbing if you think about it too much!
you forgot colored contacts and padded jeans lol.
Actually to some extent yes. I blame the media. Really, I'm busy writing a paper for my final on it now. The media dictates so much about society that women *in some cases but not all* feel pressured to have to fit that ridiculous extreme. Others look at women who are naturally beautiful features *Angelina's lips* and want to mimic that look. It's sad I know, but even I find it hard to feel truly beautiful when you're bombarded with air-brushed pictures of super models.

    Eyelash extensions?

First of all I need to find somewhere in Sydney City that does them. Second, I would love to hear from someone who has had them done and if they would recommend them. I use Max factor mascara and curl my lashes at present as I like a dramatic look. I have heard that the extensions last 6-8 weeks and you need to touch them up every 3-4 weeks and you can not wear mascara. I can not imagine not wearing mascara and am struggling to picture if my eyelashes would stand out. Can anyone elaborate on this procedure??Eyelash extensions?
Depending on who does them for you, they can look very natural, elegant, dramatic, and beautiful. I live in the U.S. so I can't suggest any eyelash application places, but I can give you my experience with permanent eyelashes.

When they told me I couldn't put on mascara, I couldn't imagine it either. But once you get the fake eyelashes applied, you'll understand why they're saying it. Your new permanent lashes are so dramatic and people can see it from far away so there's really no need for you to apply makeup.

I would have to say the only downfall to eyelash extensions is the application process (I wasn't comfortable with hot glue so close to my eye) and when the eyelashes are coming off. In order to keep your natural eyelashes under your permanent ones, when the eyelashes are falling off after 4-6 weeks you are instructed not to touch the eyelashes. I found that I looked very weird with some really long lashes and some short ones. Also, the long ones that fell off would tangle with my natural ones and I noticed a lot of people staring at me.

    Eyelash extensions?????????????

i have an appointment for tomorrow, the cost is $35 and they said it would last about one week, i thought they were supposed to last for about one month, does this sound too expensive, i am not sure about it. also is there anything you can do to make them last longer?Eyelash extensions?????????????
I spent $35 for eyelash extensions. It was worth it. The technician said it would last a week but they lasted 2 weeks. The bad thing with glue on eyelash extensions is when they start to fall out you will look a bit freakish.

Especially if they start shedding on one eye and not the other- a bit Marilyn Mansion-ish. And you can't pull them off, if you do pull them off you take a chance of ripping out your natural eyelash from the root and causing damage- they may not grow back.

Be careful. Don't tug or pull on them. You won't need to use mascara (unless you want the wide eyed drag queen look) and don't get them wet.

    Have fun!Eyelash extensions?????????????
To only last a week sounds like alot of money. And to make them last longer would affect how they are being put in. If it's a glue process, then make sure the skin is clean and that's about all you can do, besides not getting them wet. Good luck!
my friend does my lashes..and it sholdnt cost that much if they are using the sythetic lashes...if they used the fur or other materials it may cost more...my advice to you would be to go to your local drug store and buy some of the those indivduals or strips ( of lashes) and the glue..and see if the price will come down..it should since you are providing your own materials...and the lashes last as long as you take care of them, as long as u want them too...mine ususally last two weeks, but thats if i dont do any crying or anything like that...lol....35 dollars is just to much....
i have a friend that does that for a living...the extensions are glued to your eyelashes not to your skin. that actually sounds like a good price. they look really nice when they're done. ask the person who does it how you can make them last....but don't rub your eyes or anything, that'll make them come out faster. :)

    Eyelash extensions..?

I've booked to have these done.. Anyone had them..? Are they any good..? How long do they last..? :)Eyelash extensions..?
You could also try getting your eyelahes tinted that would look lovely also!Eyelash extensions..?
Eww! Disgusting, those would feel horrible on your eyes! Just wear double mascara! Gosh!
Don't get those new ones in the blue packet.

    They are very heavy.

    You'll get a stiff neck.
ive never had them done but i think they look beautiful ! a lot of celebrities have them and they look gorgeous. you probably wouldnt even need to wear mascara.
    Nope! heard of them though...

How much are they and where can you get them done?

    Thanks x
they can last from 2-3 months

they haven't let me down yet (^_^)
I have them and I think that they're fantastic. They last about a month before they fall off. The grow out with your real lashes, so when your lashes fall off, they go with them. It normally takes about 2 hours for the first application and you should have touch ups every 2-3 weeks. The touch up application lasts about 45 minutes. I never have to wear mascara and everyone says they look great and natural. I think that they help accentuate my eyes.

how much do eyelash extensions costEyelash extensions?
    about 50 dollars.....quite expensiveEyelash extensions?
Depends on where u do it and if u are getting lash by lash or one full row of them, lash by lash of course takes more time than the row but on adverage it does cost between 30 to 50 dollars. They last for a long time and if u get them done right they look great!

    Eyelash extensions?

So, I just bought some extensions..the ones you glue on.. I was wondering.. how do I remove the extenstions? Do i just pull them off? water?Eyelash extensions?
You can use baby oil, or an eye make-up remover to ease the removal. But if they arnt on there very tight it is ok to gently tug from the ends and pull across the eyelid to remove.Eyelash extensions?
They may just pull off if they aren't attached too tightly. If you are worried about having trouble doing it, you can always buy a remover. Sally Beauty Supply sells a false eyelash remover solution specially made for this purpose.
u can pull them off, but do it very carefully, andif worse comes to worse, use tear free baby soap and a cutip with warm water and rub it on the glue part to soften it up, before u start to pull them
No materials needed.. you just rip.. have fun!

The best salon and affordablefor putting eyelashes extension?

just an fyi about eyelash extensions.....they crinkle! if you sleep too far on side at night, the eyelashes will noticeably crinkle. you might want to save some money and play around with some falsies....available at cvs for cheap....always use ';duo'; glue. dries clear, easy to work with and will not rip your skin/real eyelashes when you remove it.

    Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?

Are they worth it, and where can i get them?Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?
Sure, they're worth a try. It's nice for a weekend away. You don't have to worry about mascara smearing. You wake up in the morning and your eyelashes are already long. Only thing, they fall out more often than your own eyelashes (and pull your eyelashes out with them) so if you have one or two missing, you have to replace them otherwise they look funny. Still, I thought they were worth it, and wore them for quite a few years instead of doing mascara. I'm pretty sure you can find them at a beauty supply store, or a drug store like Walgreens.Has anyone tried eyelash extensions?
yeah, i tried them once. i got single ones and they were a bit fiddly and my hands are kinda shaky so i gave up. My friend bought the full set and said they were easier to apply. They looked quite natural coz she bought a light colour. We bought them from superdrug, but boots have them too. Individual counters at department stores might have them also.

    Hope that helps.
I love eyelash extensions!!!! My sister models and travels to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Brizzy all the time. She knows the best places to get the extensions in the different cities. The ones I'm talking about are the ones that last around a month and a half. I live in Brisbane and get them done at Cream Therapy in the city. But my sister knows all the best places to get them done. You have choose where you get it done wisely. A lot of salons do not use good glues. If the place you go to is not using a good quality glue, your eyes will sting like crazy!! Before I started going to Cream Therapy, I tried it at another salon and my eyes burned for 1 day afterwards. and the lashes were all bunched up and did not look natural. Let me know where you live and I'll ask my sister the best place she goes to in your city. You will love them, you'll get addicted though!! So save up your money!
i havnt tried them. they're not worth it! just be urself! why do u need it? u should not try to look nice with artificial stuff. u shud think that ur naturally good looking...pls dont spoil the nice face u already hav..
    Hey,

Yeah myself and my best mate always wear them when we go on a big night out and occasionally during the day, usually in the summer too oz dont tend to wear much make up. I find the best ones are the individual ones as the strip ones tens to come lose in one corner or another. They can be really fiddly but its like anything persevere and you will get there. The best way to apply is by using a pair of tweezers to pick up the lash and putting the glue onto a small section of foil to dip into.

Good luck, hope you get the effects you desire xx
you can try a eyelash dye instead.so if you have eyelashes but cant notice them becouse there fair this would defintaly help.you can get this at eny salon.or buy a home kit that doesnt hurt.
I have tried them but it didn't work out! Please don't try them!

    Bad experience!!! EYELASH EXTENSIONS???

Will they last at least a month? I already have long lashes but need them to be extra long for about 3 weeks. EYELASH EXTENSIONS???
I would try using a eyelash stimulator... its kind of expensive but it really works. It pumps up the bulb in your eyelashes so they don't fall out as much (eyelashes usually fall out every 3 weeks) and can grow longer. As soon as you stop using the product your eyelashes will go back to normal though. Heres a couple good ones...

Plastic or natural? Fake tan/nails/boobs/eyelashes/hair extensions etc or natural beauty? girls and guys!?

Does the plastic look attract or not. I get the image of 'fake personality' also and these girls aren't genuine........Plastic or natural? Fake tan/nails/boobs/eyelashes/hair extensions etc or natural beauty? girls and guys!?
I say natural beauty all the way. It's not even really about looks, but more about the philosophy that goes with it that's attractive, the concept that they don't need to buy into society's ideas...

I mean, a bit of subtle make-up, nail polish, etc is just fine, but some folks become dependent on it, and that's no good.Plastic or natural? Fake tan/nails/boobs/eyelashes/hair extensions etc or natural beauty? girls and guys!?
well obviously natural is better. I mean i can't notice the difference between real hair or hair extensions, real boobs or fake boobs, real eyelashes or fake ones and real tan or fake tan. So i guess it won't really make a difference. But if i knew, i would prefer natural.
Do what works for you...what matters is that you like what you see in the mirror and feel confident about who you are. If that takes a little ';store bought'; help, so be it. Who cares? Doesn't change your basic personality...

I use a tanning bed. So what? I also tan in the sun...the difference is one way I pay for skin cancer, the other way I get it for free.

I'd get boob implants in a heartbeat if I had the money (but I need a lift and fill). Who cares if others like them or not? If they don't, then they shouldn't have it done. I'd like to have slightly larger breasts that face forward (not at my toes) and I see no reason not have those if it's possible.

Fake eyelashes are kinda 1960s, but if that's what a gal likes, then it harms no one. Hair extensions are harmless also...if you can't grow long hair on your own (I can't...not much past my shoulders) but want long hair, why not buy some and wear it whenever you want? How amazing and wonderful that we have all these options! 鈽?br>

What's really kewl is if we aren't content with our appearance, we can make oh so many changes (with enough money). It's really great to have options, even if we don't take advantage of them.

Bottom line is that what's inside is so much more important than the wrapping...why not have the kind of wrapping you desire?
When girls get plastic surgery sometimes the plastic shows.. So I'd say natural. And I don't think anything that's fake really rocks.. If anything fake nails, and hair extensions. But natural beauty is the most best one. But it doesn't matter whats on the outside, just the inside..

    -Z
    Both.

I do the natural thing often cause I don't need a lot of makeup. But then again, its fun to tan, get your nails done, where a lot of make up, put in hair extensions...not all the time though.

And Im against plastic surgery though. God made our bodies the way they are for a reason.

    :)
Well people usually get plastic surgery because they are confident that they look good, but it doesnt change how they are. But I think confident girls are more sexy ;D
i would think that men like natural. if you take out a weave fake lashes etc..and he doesn't recognize you there is a problem! fake boobs i get.
i think fake anything is tacky.. the prospect of it just turns me off immediately.
Real is the way to go.!

    PLEASE HELP

    THANXX' %26lt; 33Perming eyelashes, and extensions..can i..?
    Hello!

You can have permed lashes and have extensions at the same time.

But! You can not get the lashes permed while you have extensions on, the perming solution could weaken the bond of the extensions or cause a scary chemical reaction. No thank you!

Instead, get your lashes permed first then wait a week and get the extensions done. Just enough time to give your lashes a bit of a break.

Hopefully, you have knowledgeable technician who will provide you this kind of information. I would be a bit worried about the techs training if they were unable to provide you this kind of info.

Good luck! I love extensions and wear them all the time!

Guys, What do you think of girls who wear fake eyelashes, eye colour contacts and hair extensions?

Guys, What do you think of girls who wear fake eyelashes, eye colour contacts and hair extensions?

I'm curious to know what guys' views are on these type of things that we girls use.

What would you think if you saw an attractive girl and then noticed that she had colour contacts and fake eyelashes and hair extensions? Would your opinion of how attractive she is change?

    Thanks in advance!

Chi Chi x.Guys, What do you think of girls who wear fake eyelashes, eye colour contacts and hair extensions?
i would think she's ';high maintenance'; and too into herself to ever really care about anyone else or put anyone else before them. not that i'd be right. cuz that would be pretty judgemental. but that's probably what i would think, based off of girls i've known in the past like that.Guys, What do you think of girls who wear fake eyelashes, eye colour contacts and hair extensions?
eye color contacts dont really bother me but i hate everything else, just put a little bit of make up on, and yes i would think she was less attractive
Well i must say I do all those things...but I think that I look somewhat natural. I don't wear fake eyelashes all the time, but guys don't know unless you tell them. Most guys are clueless to the fact that most girls do color their hair, get fakes tans, and wear makeup. As long as it look semi natural and not over done, I don't think it matters much to them.
just go without them cause a guy is goin to like u for who u are
It is fine for you ladies to doll yourself up, but when I notice these things (which I am not very good at, except the hair extensions), I do worry that you might be a little high maintenance.
this was for guys but i like girls that are natural but I where contacts that are colored cuz i lose glasses and the color help me keep up with them.
I think makeup was meant to enhance beauty, not change it.

    Think Tammy Fay Baker.

Makes me want to run for the hills. Fastly and more fastly....
Nowadays it hard to tell what is real or fake. So I really don't know what to tell you. How would you feel if I had some hair replacement surgery and told you I used to have pattern baldness. It's kind of like that.
fake, not be true to who you really are, wanting attention for all the wrong reasons to worry about looks rather than just being herself.
What about chest enhancement, liposuction, and botox? I like women that are natural. My putty knife is for putty not makeup. And who would want to wake up to something like that everyday?
    natural is the best
Those aren't women they are Barbie Dolls.
I don't hate them, but just don't expect me to go out with them.
I find it to be fake. If it's nessecary, do it. My opionion would only slightly change.
Maybe they just like being able to change themselves? I don't do those, but I would love colour contacts or hair extensions, because I like that look. Would make me feel really awesome and, while I know it's fake, it would be fun! That's why I colour my hair and wear coloured mascaras and such...it's just for the fun of it. Doesn't change who I am.
I go natrual myself but all because I do doesn't make it wrong I love how models change up and even regular people being plain like me is no fun.
I'd be careful, when she dispose of all the fake stuff she might not be a girl hahaha
i don't like those things at all. natural is best. those things disgust me.
I'm natural because I hate that kind of stuff.

  • Help! Crushed semi-permanent eyelashes extensions.?

I recently had eyelash extensions done, and absolutely LOVE them. But, I'm a pretty rough sleeper and have managed to crush a few during my sleep.

Now the extensions are still attached, but they're all jagged and zig zagged, one of them on my left eye was completely bent at a 90degree angle! It looked so bad that I plucked it out, along with my natural lash (I know! Big boo boo!).

What can I do to straighten out my crushed lash extensions? I've tried bending them back into place between my thumb and nail. I wanted to try and use my ModelCo. heated curler, but the Beauty therapist told me not to use that because it would soften the glue.

I'm also trying to sleep a little bit more still (on my back now) and I'm now using a silk pillow.Help! Crushed semi-permanent eyelashes extensions.?

Can we curl our eyelashes after eyelash EXTENSION (not fake eyelashes!)? Curling of Eyelash Extensions is not recommended.

    They are already curved.

Check the link below, there is lot of imforamtion regarding eyelash extension

http://www.eyelashes.co.za/eyelashes_car鈥?/a>Can we curl our eyelashes after eyelash extension?
i am not too sure, u can visit this website for more info.. http://sg.88db.com/sg/Views/landingpage.鈥?/a>
I did eyelash extensions and the lady who did it advice the following:

    1) Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after your lash application. Take bath only that same day. You can shower the next day

    2) Avoid swimming, steam rooms and hot saunas the next 48 hours. Extreme heat is not recommended.

    3) Do not use eyelash curler, perm or tint the extension lashes. This will break the bond.

    4) Do not use regular or waterproof mascara. Mascara will dissolve the adhesive. Only water-based mascara is recommended.

    5) Do not rub your eyes too hard when cleaning.

    6) Do not pull any loose extension lashes. Do not attempt to remove any extension lashes by pulling. You would tend to pull out your natural eyelash and the result will be you'll left with bare (natural) eyelash

    7) Use only non-oily, non-creamy cleanser to remove make up.

    8) Keep an eyelash comb handy to straighten up any stray lashes. Every single lash is individually extended. No clump, no knot so it is safe to groom our extension lashes. Comb lashes carefully and gently only when needed.

So i'd advise you to use the water base mascara to lump both the extension to your natural lashes. hope this helps babe.

those are not eyelash extensions. those look like regular false eyelashes- a long strip of lashes that you glue on. extensions are individual lashes that get glued onto your own lashes-one by one.

EYELASH EXTENSION EXPERTS ONLY! Help! Tape used under my eye the adhesive was too strong any alternatives?

    Hi

Can you please tell me what type of tape i can purchse for my eyelash extension professional to use on me next time that has VERY LITTLE adhesive or any type of under eye pad that eliminates the use of adhesive ? Please help. The lady used tape and when she pulled it off, a layer of skin went with it and it scabbed under my eye. my skin is very very senstive. please help with any alternatives to avoid this as well as wrinkles !!

thanks so muchEYELASH EXTENSION EXPERTS ONLY! Help! Tape used under my eye the adhesive was too strong any alternatives?
Since your eyes are very sensitive and the tape RIPPED your skin off ((very close to your eye)) they maybe ... just a guess here ... but maybe you should NOT put them on anymore and just use mascara instead ..... think about it - Be Smart! Not Vain!

Where and how do you get eyelash extensions?Eyelash extensions?
don't get them...they are soo anoying, and they really don't look that good...it's also pretty cheesy...just get the XXL mascara, and trust me, it'll be just as good...

but the extensions are just a waste of money...Eyelash extensions?
You can get them at the spa or the salon, but they are not worth it.....I had mine done (typing) and it took like 3 hours and they itched all the time and the glue they used irritated my eyes as well...
Halloween. fancy balls. the red carpet. on stage. these are the only times you should wear fake lashes. ask around halloween time cuz i bet you don't need to worry about the other 3
I got them and I love them. most salons charge 150.00 - 200.00 but I found a local lady that did them for 30.00. now I do them myself. they are awesome. you glue single lashes on top of your natural lashes. its a special black glue that is made for lashes. Mine look very real. I have short blonde lashes so I loved mine, I never had to wear mascarra or curl them. ( even though I did wear mascarra and curl them once in a while, it made them look even better ) I would start calling some places and see what you can find. don't spend more then 30.00 then you can go to a beautician store after you see how they do them and get your own glue and lashes all for under six bucks :) good luck
A good beauty salon can do it.
Sally beauty supply has the eye lashes and the glue. Yea you have to glue them to your eye ball lid. Doesn't hurt to bad and if you get the right stuff it doesn't hurt a whole lot to take off. and it's wicked easy to put on. Jus o your eye make up first and put the lashes last. It's easier.
find a boots or chemist store . buy the seprate eyelash pack were the eyelashes are separated from each other in the pack . then go home and using a tweeser take one lash with a little glue at the end . then close one eye and apply it on the end lash , dont stick it on the root but a little further away . do this with three lashes on the lashes closest to the end of the eye .

    Eyelash extensions???

does any one kow roughly how much eyelash extensions are and how long they last and how old you have to be .i live in the uk london.p.s not stick on ones proper ones. thanks a bunch xxxEyelash extensions???
i do them myself, its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. i buy a set of individual lashes by eylure from superdrugs, cost around 拢4.99 and comes with the glue and remover. i find they last about 2-3 weeks. i glue them right on my lash line so they bond to my natural lashes and last longer. just make sure you don't pull them out, always use the remover or you will pull your lashes out too.

also careful not to get any oily products such as moisturiser or cleanser on the glue areas as this softens the glue.Eyelash extensions???
I just got eyelash extensions put on 2 weeks ago. They cost $47.50 in Canada, they took 20 minutes to apply, and they lasted about a week and a half. At the salon I went to, it costs $5 per lash to fix them if a couple pieces fall out.

I don't think there's a minimum age for it really...
Initial Application (Last for 2-3 month) from $250 ~ $350

Touch Up (Recommended every 2 weeks) and the touch up prices vary from $50-$125.

These are the prices from a salon near me. But I live in the US.

im considering this but i have heard negative things i want to hear the pros and cons of people who have/had them and how much a good application at the salon costs.Eyelash extensions?
It costs too much and doesn't last very long. If you want longer lashes, then I suggest fake ones. I had a friend who wore them all the time and she looked great. They're cheap and they come right off.Eyelash extensions?
Please don't waste money on this. From what my spa specialist has told me, it costs a lot of money and you have to replace them for new ones about once a month. Investing in a nice mascara (DiorShow is great for dramatic eyes) will be a lot better for you.

    Eyelash Extension's Pros and Cons?

What are they? I don't really know the whole process to get this done, but there's a new shop in town and they're charging it for just $20. I think I might give it a try. When I was younger, I chopped them off thinking they'd grow out longer... tsk tsk. Anyone have them done before? Tell me all about your experience. Or just give me advices. Thanks :)Eyelash Extension's Pros and Cons?
First off 20$ that is a super deal. My step mom does this for a living (as well as other things) and she can charge up to 500$ plus...so you are getting a heck of a deal. They are cool, I've had them done through my step mom (free..luckily) you don't have to wear mascara while they are on, if you get a lot of them. The process doesn't hurt, and if the person is good it doesn't take long. The cons are, when they start falling off...it hurts. If you have ever had fake nails and you break one and have to pull the fake nail off your real one..you know how bad that hurts, well the eyelashes are the same thing. It is glue that holds them on, so it does get painful. Plus you can get globs of glue that starts moving up as your eyelashes grow, which is not attractive, that is when mascara comes in handy. But washing the mascara off is tough too. I wouldn't recommend them only because the growing out process. I would just get fake eyelashes from your local walgreens or something. Hope this helps.Eyelash Extension's Pros and Cons?
eyelash extentions do not hurt at all, if the people who are doing them know what there doing, and you should get them removed when they start growing out. You can also try gettting your eyelashes permed!
i heard abt eyelash extension too, never tried it before, but i heard its painless,i guess it helps to make your eyelashes more natural and thicker, you can check with 88db site for latest in eyelash extension, i still prefer the old fake eyelash
they dont hurt they just have to be applied properly..if not there just going to fall out and wont be long lasting there nice for the time being

    What's eyelash extension?

Eyelash extensions are the hot new rage. Semi-permanent eyelash extensions that give you longer, thicker and very natural looking eyelashes. They look so natural noone will know they are not yours! Eyelash extensions are worn by famous celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Star Jones, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Gwen Stefani, Lucy Liu, Naomi Campbell and Liz Hurley to name a few. But you don't have to be a celebrity to wear them. Women everywhere are catching on and becoming Lash Addicted!

LASH OUT! eyelash extension professionals specialize in this revolutionary new service that will extend your natural eyelashes and draw attention to your eyes. Extensions are perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions. They are semi-permanent and made from synthetic fibers. Each lash is applied one by one to your own natural lashes. With proper care and touchup visits they can last a very long time. Normally a person's natural eyelash falls out every 60 - 90 days and a new lash grows in immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to get touch-ups to fill in the fallen lashes. About every 2 to 3 weeks is recommended, however, this will vary from person to person. Your natural lash cycle as well as how you take care of your lashes will affect how long they last. Some LASH OUT! clients have had their extensions for over a year with regular touchups visits.

The extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They provide length and thickness to your own lashes and are available in varying lengths and thickness. They are applied to your individual eyelashes, one lash at a time. There is no need for mascara even though a water based mascara is fine to use. The result is thicker, longer, eye opening eyelashes that are safe in the shower, while swimming, sleeping or exercising.

Eyelash extensions will really help. My favorite is Novalash. They will take about 2 hours to apply, and depending on where you live may cost $200-$400. They need to be retouched every 3-5 weeks, depending on how well you take care of them.

They are very costly and not the most fun to take care of, but they will look much better than drugstore false lashes.Eyelash extension help?

i am considering getting eyelash extension since it takes me a lot of time to do my eyelash and sometimes it doest stay long throughout the day. however i heard the cons about the irritation and possibly pain and how sometimes it makes your real eyelash fall out.??

i also want to know if you can still apply eye-makeup like eye shadow, eye liner after you have it? and if you can then how do you clean your eyes afterwards without jeopardizing your extension?

is eyelash extension safe? i mean can you get infected from it or is the glue they use dangerous to your eyes?

i really need all the information i can get so if anyone's had it done or knows about it please share your info. i'd really appreciate it, thanks! :)Eyelash extension dilemma!!!!help??
don't do that, it's a waste of money. Volume mascara takes two seconds and makes your eyelashes look long an beautiful. Most brands have volume mascaraEyelash extension dilemma!!!!help??
Yes,she is right and plus it is dangerous for your eyes and your eyes would hurt like hell!!!.Why don't you try fake eyelash or just wear mascara.
It depends which kind youre getting. There's some that only last a couple of days and then there's some that last weeks. The ones that last weeks are better, I've had them done before but they can be expensive. They glue small pieces of eyelash to your own and so it looks very natural and you dont even have to curl anymore or put on any mascara. And yes you can still wear eye makeup and you can just remove the eye makeup with a lotion and it wont affect the glue. I think its pretty safe but it all depends on where you get it done. It hurts a lil when you take them off, but your own eye lashes dont fall off, unless you just ripp off the fake ones. If you're not sure if you want to get it done, then try the temporary ones. They have them at Mac, and they'll put them on but it only lasts like a day or two, but that way you can see what it feels like. So i think fake lashes are ok, i dont have them anymore b/c i just find it easier to curl my own, but if you want to try it, go ahead cuz its not dangerous and there's pretty much no harm.

    Eyelash extension?

i'm asian and have non existant eyelashes, like most asians. I've been thinking about getting eyelash extensions....but the prices are steep in the pockets. I dont know if it will be worth it. Everytime i wear mascara it breaks my lashes. Are there any other products that can seriously lengthen and thicken my lashes for a long time that doesnt cost much money?Eyelash extension?
wow, your hot, you dont need to change the way you look, you look very hot. did I say your hot?Eyelash extension?
    Hey! I'm asian too!

My friend got his cut in half during truth or dare one night and they've grown back long and thick

But it takes a month for that to happen and I don't think you want to be eyelash bald for that long

So instead of using mascara (because really, they're all chemicals that aren't good for your lashes) I suggest you curl your lashes (if they aren't naturally curled) and put vaseline on your lashes using a clean mascara wand or an eyelash comb.

Do it in the mornings, even if you're not going out but avoid putting and vaseline on several hours before you sleep cos then your eyes get puffy

BE WARNED: Vaseline CAN smudge your make up if too much is applied, esp lower lashes

But for special occasions (e.g. major major MAJOR date or prom or something) use a mascara! I love max factor masterpiece (amazingly lengthening but can clump) Diorshow (for maximum volume) and Imju Dejavu Fiberwig (looong eyelashes- lovely) and maybe available to you if you live in asia
Have you considered purchasing the singular, glue on lashes (like at Sally's) and applying them yourself where you need them??? the cost is quite slight...................I use them frequently............about 2 to 3 $ .....

    You can wear fake eyelashes.

There are some great lengthening mascaras - Maybelline Define a Lash is very nice. I use a product called Lash Extensions that is sold by HSN.COM - it is absolutely excellent - it brushes little fibers on your lashes after your first coat of mascara - then curl again and add a second coat of mascara - it looks like your lashes are thicker and longer because of the fibers
There are a few products to make eyelash be longer and thicker, but real good ones are quite expensive. Anyway if you are interested LiLash is great, and you're sure it will not make your lashes break.
You can try using Vaseline on your lashes every night, or a product called Revitalash. These will moisturize and condition the lashes you do have and minimize breakage. Also, only use gentle eye makeup removers when washing face, never scrub eyes.

Beyond that, your options are mascara, falsies, or extensions. Extensions are very pricey and are not permanent. Unless you have lots of expendable cash it is not really worth it as a long term solution. I think false eyelashes are your best option. You can buy cheaper and natural looking ones in drugstores (I like the Revlon ones) and they can be cut to your preference. Use a conditioning volumizing formula of mascara like Maybelline full and soft or Loreal voluminous. Put on a couple of coats and let dry, then add more to the ends only to build length.

This is all you can really do. Hope this helps!
yes, I tried this Lash Lenghtning oil out on this natural site- and it grew both mine and my daughter's lashes. I thought it was a tiny bottle, but we both used it .

    Eyelash extensions?

When you get eyelash extensions, how do they do it??

Any one ever had them? and did they look ok?Eyelash extensions?
They last about eight weeks, look really natural. Obviously they don't last as long as hair extensions because the glue they use isn't as strong, because it's close to the eye.

But it's 50p an eyelash, which sounds cheap, but if you get all the eyelashes on both eyes done, it could prove really expensive. So most just get them at the corners for a feline look, which looks fab if done well, it can really change your look.

And if you get them tinted and permed too, even better! Haha it's actually ridiculous how many treatments there are just for tiny little eyelashes.

    Hope that helped :)

I think that they glue them onto the bottom of your eyelid.

They do look nice my friend antie did her daughters
iget individual eyelashes from sallys and eyelash glue and do them myself they look fab, my mum has had 3d ones put on 50pound and they need refilling every 2-3 weeks they looked natural but expensive to upkeep!
my friend got em, she paid a lot, and they didn't last long at all. I get mine dyed and they look better!
I just got my lash extensions done for the second time in 3 months last week. They are supposed to last about 2-3 weeks, but longer if you take care of them. The length of time depends on who you go to. I went to a spa and it took 2 1/2 hours, this last time I went to a beautician and it took 25 minutes. They look great and natural.
I've gotten eyelash extentions and i loved them. they take away hassle of eye make up and look flawless...you can literally wake up and not have to put on makeup. the only thing I didnt like was the cost. Other than that, I love them.
If you go to any decent beautician they will be able to do them for you. most make-up artists put them on when doing your make-up without charging you extra. They simple pick a clump of 2 or 3 eyelashes which have a hot glue on the end and stick them on to your eyelashes. They can then be trimmed if too long. I think they can last for up to a week or be removed as soon as you like with some soaking in hot water or make-up remover.

try some mascara first. also lay off on the eyeliner, it tends to make small eyes look smaller, but take some shadow and extend outward which will make an enlargening effect.I have small eyes. Should I get eyelash extension?
No, don't get eyelash extensions - they're a hassle, costly %26amp; you'll just end up having long lashes w/ small eyes.

    Introduction

One could argue that the eyes are the most important feature of the face, since we tend to look at them the most. To make them stand out, follow the tips below.

    Instructions

    Difficulty: Easy

    Steps

1Step One Click to enlargeUse eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim.

2Step TwoBlend eyeliner with a cotton swab rather than leaving it as a harsh line.

3Step ThreeAvoid drawing eyeliner on the inner corner of the lower lid; instead, start the line at the beginning of eyelash growth or even closer to the middle of the eye.

4Step Four Click to enlargeUse a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye.

5Step FiveConsider wearing false eyelashes to give your eyes a more wide-eyed, innocent look. Be sure to use natural-looking eyelashes.

6Step Six Click to enlargeCurl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara to give you the same effect as false eyelashes.

7Step Seven Click to enlargeTry a black mascara if brown does not bring out your eyes enough.

    Tips %26amp; Warnings

Chill your eye pencils before you sharpen them. They'll be less likely to break.

Try a fat crayon, which has a creamy-powdered texture, for a liner that is soft and less severe.

Try getting a makeover the next time you're at a cosmetic counter. Ask the person who does your makeover to help you emphasize your eyes.

Lining your eyes all the way around will make them look smaller, not bigger.
    oh yeah baby
try putting eyeliner on the outside, top, corner of your eye,it makes your eyes appear larger.
No they have mascara that extends them or makes them look longer. Try that first.
no dont do anything darastic, a light eyeliner and some good mascara (curl your lashes first)and u should be fine

i'd leave the extentions off for awhile.. your eye lashes should be fine.. cept you have to wait for them to grow back.. its either that or get more extentionsin the mean time.. if you don't want more extentions... use eye liner.. and if that doesn't work try drawing smal skinny vertical lines that look like lashes.. lol.. thats wat my friend did

    Eyelash Extension question?

my mom just got eyelash extensions2 days ago and they are making her eyes itch.... she is currently in las vegas and on her way home in a few hours... are they just making her eyes itch because of the dry air or something? also how do u clean them? and how do u remove them?Eyelash Extension question?
    Hello!

It sounds like your mom is having a reaction to the lashes. It is common for reactions to happen with the extensions, some people just can't have them or sometimes, the lashes decided they need a break!

The lashes should be cleaned with warm, oil-free soapy water. If your mom has been wearing makeup and not cleaning the lashes properly, that could definitely cause a reaction.

If she wants to remove them, go see a professional. If you take them off yourself, you risk pulling and breaking off the lashes. You can also be careless and use things that are oil based on the extensions, but still, there's the risk that pulling and tugging on the extensions will make the lashes break or pull out. It's fairly inexpensive to get them removed, I would definitely do that. Or...you can wait about a month - they should all be off by then!

    Eyelash extension questions?

How much do they cost? Do they hurt getting done? Are there any risks? How long do they last? How do they stick them on? Will they damage my real eyelashers? Can you wear mascara, wash around your eyes without them coming off?

Sorri about all the questions, just answer as many as you can please.

Hair extension n eyelash extension ?

For my sons birthday party I want to get hair extension n eyelash extension. do hair extension damage the hair? do eyelash extension damage the eyelashes? do they look really fake or can look like if i have natural eyelashes. are they to expensive? any experts out there that can answer my ? thank you so much.Hair extension n eyelash extension ?
I don't know a lot about hair extensions, but I have had Xtreme Lashes eyelash extensions applied--they've been wonderful. In Washington, DC prices start at $350 and go up from there. It depends on how thick (i.e. how many) extensions are applied.

Xtreme Lashes has a video that explains the process on their website.Hair extension n eyelash extension ?
I am a qualified hair extenionist and to answer your question, there are some application methods that can damage your hair, in particular the bonded/Glues. These can cause terrible snapping of your own hair.

There are some fantastic advanced methods these days that will not cause any damage to your own hair.

These are the micro easy loops and the easy weft/swift.

Both these methods are attached to your hair with a small micro bead that is clamped to your own hair strands, the beads are silicone lined

They are very easy to apply and simple to remove.

The swift/weft is also applied with micro tubes and only take 20 minutes to put in and about 10 minutes to take out.

These are the best two methods for extensions with no damage and other than that there is also the easy clip in hair extensons that you can take out and put back in whenever you like.

    Hope this helps.

As for the lash extensions im unsure about those as i dont do them :)
Both eyelashes extensions and hair extensions are not damaging to your hair as long as your have both extensions types professionally applied and professionally removed. Best thing to do is go to a top extensions salon in your local area for a free consult, to go over your extensions options.
